The rooms were well priced in general, with non-working heating.

I truly enjoyed this hotel, its perfectly clean and wonderful. Well decorated and brand-new room and the bed was comfortable. The venue's location was central, in the grassy areas on the edge of the property.

The location was comfortable and not far from good restaurants, the mall, and Lynchburg. Professional and well-trained staff from check-in through maid service. Everything was lovely, including excellent breakfasts with scrambled eggs and great coffee.

Greatly enjoyed our very good stay on weekend. Everything was pleasant, so supportive staff, beautiful views of the mountain. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect, on an event we was attending. Besides, it was next to the grassy areas on the edge of the property, the baseball fields and the local restaurants and shopping.

The recently renovated hotel provides an excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs and great coffee, which is well worth the money. I stayed in a brand-new, pet-friendly room with a refrigerator and 2 queen beds, and the staff were highly professional.

Breakfast was not replenished very regularly nor were the tabkes cleaned after guests had left. Floor was covered in spilt cereal and was left for over half an hour

This place is nice and tidy, plus they offer free parking. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was impressive, featuring delicious scrambled eggs and tasty coffee. 🍳 it was a pleasant stay with enjoyable morning meals.

My only complaint was the coffee. The machine serving coffee at breakfast either was not working properly or the coffee was just horrible to begin with.

Grabbed breakfast in the lobby and it was delicious! They had these awesome hash brown potatoes 🥔 and the coffee was really good too. A great way to start the day!

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room very quiet and the bed very comfy.

The TV reception kept going off and on so you couldn't always watch TV. We weren't in the room that much so it wasnt that big of a deal.

I thought we did not have water, so I did not take a shower that morning! Upon checkout the front desk informed me that I should have pulled out on the handle before turning. I have stayed at several hotels and have never had this issue before.
